We have put together some information regarding how we are currently working during the Covid-19 outbreak, along with some general advice to help keep your pets safe and healthy.
Attending the Surgery
We are allowing clients into the surgery but are limiting numbers. When attending the surgery please knock on the front door and await for a member of staff. We are able to have a limited number of clients in the reception waiting area, we are asking only one person per appointment comes into the surgery. We are starting to allowing clients into the consulting rooms but face mask must be worn at all times. If you do not have a face mask you will not be allowed into the consultaion rooms.
We ask all clients attending the surgery to wear a face mask/covering, we may ask you to wait outside if you arrive without one.
There may be times you are asked to wait outside (if we are at full capacity in recepetion) so please be patient and drive if possible so you can wait in your car if the weather is bad.
If you have an emergency please always call the surgery first so we are aware you are coming down to the surgery. This way we can make sure the correct staff are aware and available when you arrive. We may have to ask you to wait outside or in the waiting area while we deal with your pets emergency.
We can offer to arrange a telephone consultation with one of our veterinary surgeons to discuss your pet’s issues. Please make sure you give us an available contact number. These will be booked in a time slot and will be charged at a cost of £15.00 plus the required medication. We ask that the consultation fee is paid for at time of booking and we will take payment for any needed medication afterwards.
Please call or use our repeat medication request form here to place an order for repeat medication. We require 48 hours notice for all medication requests.
Lastly we would like to thank you all for your ongoing patience and support throught out the Covid -19 pandemic.
